We are currently constructing a Patient Portal to allow dental patients to connect with their dental providers. To view and confirm appointments, pay their bills, send messages to office staff and take advantage of many other things the dental practice offers.
Automated Appointment Reminders (Phase 1)
One of the first things we will offer is the ability for the practice to setup automated email reminders for both appointments. The patient will be able to confirm their own appointments as well as send any other requests back to the provider. The dental providers practice management system will automatically get updated.
Automated Recall Notifications (Phase 2)
Additionally, we will offer the ability for the practice to setup automated email recall notifications. The patient will be reminded about the type of treatment they are due for as well as be able to request a date and time for their next appointment. The dental providers practice management system will automatically get updated and the users will be prompted to setup the appointment.
Patient Registration (Phase 3)
To make it easier for the patient to start using the dental provider, we will offer the ability for a new patient to securely provide the necessary information to get their account started/created within the dental providers practice management system. The practice will get notified of new registrations and will immediately have the information they need to schedule the new patient for a consultation or new treatment.
